Dinner & Auction
Our 2008 Dinner and Auction is set for April 19th at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Woodstock. Tickets are $40 per person and are available from any MRA Director or by contacting the MRA office. If you'd like to donate an item to the live or silent auction, please contact the MRA office.
Wildflower Walk
Our popular annual Wildflower Walk is planned for Sunday May 18th. Meet at Bell Forest, 200 Bell Settlement Rd, Belleville at 1:30 p.m. Jim Goltz will be leading the Walk again this year. Allow at least two hours.
Canoe Float
This year's Meduxnekeag slow canoe float down the river is planned for Victoria Day May 19th weather permitting. For details, contact the MRA office the week before.
Showcase Competition
The 6th Annual Meduxnekeag Environmental Showcase competition for local elementary school students is slated for the week of April 14th, with the Grand Showcase Finale on April 24th. This year's theme is "habitat". The Bugle-Observer newspaper continues as the principal sponsor.
