"Our members have found the process for online course registration created by Web Networks extremely simple and quick. It gives them the information they need and allows them to register very easily. For us it is about the people registering and to them the process seems great.

This is the third year we have worked with Web Networks and we know that Web Networks is always just an email away.

"We are very happy with the site and where it is at. We had a very good experience working with Web Networks to develop our site from a basic concept to where it is. It is better than we thought it could be, mainly because the people we worked with at Web, helped us to see what the internet could do for us and broadened our horizons.. and helped us to present our program online.

One the best things with Web Networks is their ability to translate what we wanted to do into actual technical expertise and set it in motion pretty quickly. Web is very user-orientated: we didn’t have any background with the  Drupal content management system and Web Networks suggested it to us, trained us and designed and set up the whole system. The website surpasses our expectations!"

"We want to do more e-advocacy. We want to encourage our members to be politically active--we have about 180,000 members--and the Web Networks 'Petition' application  is certainly one way to do that.

The folks at Web Networks have provided a good service, the turnaround
has been good, working with them has been cordial and amiable, and  it’s great to be working with people who share like-minded values.

"We've had a long relationship with Web Networks -- we've been using them for our Web hosting package for quite some time. That didn't keep them from having to go through a rigorous competition.

"We sent our RFP to 20 companies and 11 came back with bids. We included Web Networks in the process because we knew they used Open Source software and that they could provide good service for us. There were three rounds. They won the competition.

"We wanted to do something quite different with our Web site. We'd had static HTML before. We didn't know what they could do until we included them in the process.

"Web Networks did very good training for each of our staff, in terms of working with and developing the Web site. We're involved in culture change within our organization, from a situation where people are empowered to do their own work to a team approach.

"They've been very good about responding in a timely way to questions, and they come back with solutions. In my experience, that's not exactly a common thing. So they've got a very good service model.

"Web had some good questions, and we made some changes due to that. By the time we relaunched for our Annual Meeting, we had new content and a new website with a new look.

"People are very, very pleased with it."

"We were especially attracted to the fact  that they're non-profit.

"They're great people to work with, they know what they're doing, they have great ideas. They seemed a natural choice.

"They were on budget for everything. I never had a problem. After the initial handoff to the development team, I worked with Paul Newby. He took time to explain things to me, sometimes several times. Everytime I had a question or a problem he must have dropped everything he was doing. He was just fabulous. I can't say enough. . . .

"I had a lot of technical questions, so I was really counting onthem to be helpful and available. And they completely surpassed myexpectations in that regard. I was very happy with them. I wouldabsolutely recommend them to others.

"They're strongly linked to the Drupal open source environment, and for some companies, especially those that don't have big budgets, that can be a beautiful thing."

"We'd asked around, and Web Networks was recommended to us.

The project was a real learning experience. The staff at Web were very, very helpful.

The budget was fine. We were working to a tight deadline, and that also worked out well."

"A major goal was to allow the Nunavut government to give the Inuit people access to Web content in Inuktitut, their native language. This is now happening.
The nature of the project was that it couldn't be done on a purely
commercial basis.  There was a lot of risk involved. Web Networks was
willing to take it on because of the project's importance.

"It was a great experience working with Web Networks.  They're very professional and personable. They go quite a ways beyond the usual level of service you may be used to. There's a level of interest there, because they're dedicated to their projects.

"The experience was very good. Web was willing to take a chance on a creative idea and commit resources to it."
