Welcome to the World's Leading Website (and Drupal) Development Shop!

We build better Drupal-powered websites for non-profits, social enterprises, unions, and other companies and community-based organizations. Better in what way? Because we are a non-profit ourselves—one of the world's first Internet technology providers (we've been around since 1987)—we can better understand what you require, and translate your needs into an accurate online presence that truly meets your objectives. Whether it is providing an online Inuktitut learning platform for the Government of Nunavut, creating an information hub  for Toronto Community Housing, or building a website for the United Church of Canada, Web Networks' goal is to use our proven open source systems to meet our client's goals in organizational, technical and business environments. We are leaders in Canada and internationally in deploying the open source "Drupal" content management system.

Web Networks' mission is: "To contribute to building a self-reliant online community based on non-profit enterprise, cooperation and mutual aid which can support, maintain, and defend principles of social responsibility, ecology, and economic justice. To these ends, Web Networks provides appropriate and innovative communication technology and resources. Web Networks also seeks to foster healthy and productive work environments in non-profit organizations."

Web Networks is a non-profit, non-partisan organization. For over 20 years, we have not only been a technology pioneer but also have built many long and sustainable relationships with a great variety of institutions, NGOs, unions, and small/medium private enterprises. We also provide free blogs and a personalized "@web.net" e-mail address to individual users.

Web Networks office has been located at the historic 401 Richmond Street building in Toronto for over ten years,  one of the coolest places in the city! Drop by for some fresh roasted coffee, and meet our helpful staff who would be pleased to discuss with you your own ideas and plans. A good initial point of contact is our Executive Director Oliver Zielke who can be reached at oliver@web.net or 416.596.0212 x.25
