With the flood of corporate mergers happening it seems
it has awakened some unions to fight fire with fire.The
CAW has been succesful in this area for a while and more
and more unions are thinking of dumping the american
dominated unions in favour of the CAW. Talking with my
in the Kootnays and he says his union Carpenters local
is talking about getting on board with the CAW. I told
him I thought it was a good idea. It would sure help in
terms of contracting out. Imagine contracting out CAW
jobs only to have CAW contractors on site. Anybody
have any thoughts about this
