Centre of Cultures
The Centre of Cultures is for all people who feel that today's violence
and inequality belong in the past. We have three main objectives:
- To promote dialogue between all cultures
- To fight against discrimination and racism
- To promote the ideals and values of New Humanism
Instead of violence, we want dialogue; instead of discrimination, we
want respect; instead of homogenization, we want diversity; instead of
fragmentation, we want a truly human civilization - a Universal Human
Nation.
Today, inside of millions of human beings, this future exists already.
Around the world, the Centre of Cultures works to bring it out and make
it a reality.
In Toronto, our activities have been aimed mainly at supporting the Six
Nations with their reclamation in Caledonia. The CoC in Orillia was
launched in January 2007.
