Gifts and "In Kind"
Sponsor
In-kind or non-monetary contributions may include donations such as graphic
design and artwork, website maintenance, printing, distribution and mailing,
equipment, furniture, services, volunteer time. Flexibility will be exercised
to allow sponsorship in accordance with the abilities of the sponsor.
Other specific sponsorship opportunities include supply of carry bags for
conference materials (sponsor logos displayed), pens, and door prizes
Gift and "In Kind" donors will be recognized as the sponsor of the
particular gift in promotional material including the Husita8 website. Donors
of non-monetary eligible gifts (or gifts-in-kind) are entitled to receive a
receipt that reflects the fair market value.

POLICIES & GUIDELINES FOR
SPONSORS
General Information
Husita recognizes the vital role sponsors play in the success of the conference and
the need to work closely together to assure a productive event for all concerned. If
you are unclear on any policy or guideline, please request clarification.
Guidelines:

All sponsorship fundraising will be processed and reviewed by the Organizing
Committee of Husita 8
-
Sponsorship funds must be paid by March 31, 2007. An invoice will be issued by
Husita within 7 days of confirmation of sponsorship and receipts will be issued
immediately upon payment.

Cheques should be made payable to University of Toronto. Please mail to Husita8,

Sales presentations and demonstrations are permitted only in the Exhibit area.

Unless indicated under "Sponsorship Benefits" for the various
sponsorship levels, sponsors will be expected to register and pay the conference
fee in the usual manner. Please see Registration Information.
