Country Coordinator This position involves the co-ordination of information and activities to stimulate interest in Husita8 within the particular country. Country Coordinators would be engaged in disseminating ongoing information about Husita8, building interest and connections, seeking feedback about topics and issues that might be featured at Husita and encouraging attendance at the conference. If possible, coordinators may establish country websites to focus interest or these coordinators they may chose to use the main www.husita8.org for this purpose. Co-coordinators would need have an ongoing interest and involvement in IT in human service types of activities and be in a networking position to be able to connect and communicate easily with a range of individuals and groups within the country. Co-coordinators who are successful in encouraging attendance at Husita will receive a reduction in their registration fees for the conference. Ongoing activity will be expected of co-coordinators and these positions may be reassigned if there is limited activity. Coordinators will be selected by the local organizing committee and reassignments will be made by this group. People interested in being a Country Coordinator may visit the Husita8 website and make their interests known. Regional-Country Coordinator In some cases, Regional-Country Coordinators may be assigned where it makes sense to group a number of countries for this purpose. Regional-Country and Country Coordinators who are successful will receive a reduction in registration fees for the conference. Close
