Accommodation
Rooms at special conference rates are being held at 89 Chestnut
Residence (the conference venue) and the Delta Chelsea Hotel from
August 25 to August 30. The number of rooms is limited and is
available for reservation on a first-come basis. Closing date for
hotel reservation is July 20, 2007. Early booking is highly
recommended.
The following room rates exclude taxes (currently 6% GST, 5% PST
& 3% DMF). U.S. dollars rates are approximate and are subject to
exchange rates. For current exchange rates for various currencies go

room there are no restaurants or room services available in
the Residence. Restaurants are located nearby.

Rooms do not have TV (a TV common room is located on each

Information & Payment: Accommodation at 89
Chestnut Residence may only be booked through the Husita8
Secretariat. Please complete the Hotel Reservation Form. A one night
deposit will be collected in advance.
You may pay your hotel deposit by:

Credit card: Visa or Mastercard only - Register online. For
security reasons you will be required to call or fax your
credit card information to the Husita8 Secretariat. Your
reservation will be processed once payment has been received.

Cheque or bank draft: Register online indicating your payment
method as "cheque". Cheques or bank drafts should be
made payable to "Polestar Meeting Group Inc.".
Indicate your name on the back of the cheque or bank draft.
Any fees incurred for handling of cheques or bank drafts will
be deducted from your payment.

Bank transfer: Register online, indicating your payment method
as "bank transfer". Once submitted, please contact
the Conference Secretariat for bank transfer details.
Cancellation Penalty: Cancellation must be received
at least two days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Cancellations
received less than two days prior will have one night accommodation
and tax applied to their credit card. If accommodation is not
cancelled prior to arrival, the total number of room nights booked
will be charged to your credit card.
