'Cycle Right' is back!

Starting June 6 the Police will run its annual 'Cycle Right' campaign. Last year
the police was in fine form handing out tickets to just about anyone on two wheels.
This year, at the request of Fantino, the campaign will be launched at Dundas
and Dupont, the intersection where Galen died last month. Nice touch.

Martin Koob wrote a nice summary on the campaign. But what the campaign
is really about two things; absolving drivers from maiming and sometimes tragically
killing cyclists and secondly making the police appear that they are doing something
to keep cyclists safe and in check.

Makes me puke.
