SUPPORT NORTHWATCH - PLEASE MAKE A DONATION TODAY!
December, 2011

Friends,

As I race through that list of things that call out to be done before the year closes, it is a sparklingly beautiful blue-sky-white-snow day in this part of northeastern Ontario. One thing on that list is to get a note out to Northwatch's friends, members and supporters - that includes you - wishing you a peaceful and joyous Yule season, and all the best for the new year.

<>2012 is shaping up to be a busy and demanding year, and your contribution - donating your time or money - is going to be essential to Northwatch's work.

I also wanted to let you know that we have a new on-line donation service, that allows you to make your monetary donations through a secure site and get a charitable tax receipt (it is because of that latter feature that I wanted to get word out before the end of 201). It just takes a few minutes. The short  cut is to click on this link: DONATE!

If you want to find the site without the link, follow these simple steps:
- go to the web site www.canadahelps.org
- click on "Giving Pages" under the menu "Ways to Give" in the upper right of the page
- type "Northwatch" in the box "Search for a Giving Page"
- click on the link to Northwatch
- click on "Donate now" and fill in the required information

You'll be given several options, including whether you want to set up an account with Canadahelps (you don't have to, but if you are going to make multiple donations within a year it is more convenient for you to do this) and how you want to make the donation, i.e. by debit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.  Your charitable tax receipt is issued within seconds!

If you would like to become a Sustaining Donor and make monthly donations, you can do that by visting the Giving Page for the Demeter Project, our charitable partner, and selecting Northwatch as the intended recipient of your monthly giving.

Thanks for considering this, and thanks again for all you do to promote and protect a sustainable future for northeastern Ontario.

Best wishes for 2012,

Brennain
