REFERRALS
OCSCO's information, referral and counselling mandate has grown over the last year.
OCSCO receives approximately 60 calls per week requesting information on different areas of
concern, such as health care, pensions, access to services, housing, and many other topics.
Seniors' organizations, self-help centres, resource centres, libraries and individuals are
contacting us by phone, fax, mail, e-mail, and also dropping-in to our office to access assistance.
