Capo on 2nd fret.
The song has a basic G D C G structure to it with fills thrown in along the way.  Once you have the basic rhythm you can add the fills to suit your style. The tab below is how I play it. Any improvements/corrections are welcomed.

INTRODUCTION:
(all played with capo on 2nd fret)

G (after I play the G open chord a couple of times I finger in on the low E string Gb and G)
I suppose the tab would look something like this.

Then play a open D chord followed by a run down the G string with an open D if you like.

Then do a run up to a C chord.

At some point you can play a fill in on the C chord and then return to G

The whole thing repeats using the GDCG without the fills, except during the breaks and the end.
