These are 1 volt, 400 mAmp solar panels, as used in SunWind's Solar Car and Inventor Kits. Their marked terminals on the casing back have nuts and threaded protrusions to hold wires, as well as a metal strip for connecting panels in series or parallel. The solid black plastic cases with clear plastic diffusor are very durable.
