Courses Aboriginal Healing
This course will provide participants with an understanding of the
worldview underlying Aboriginal culture/spirituality.
The Toronto Women's Bookstore is looking for instructors to submit course proposals for our 2000 Course Program.
The purpose of our 2000 course program is to offer a range of interdisciplinary
and academically accessible courses that take an analytical look at the social, political
and economic realities of women's lives.
We are particularly interested in offering courses that deal with the following subject matter:
Each course consists of four 2 hour classes held on Thursdays from 6-8pm.
All submissions should include a course overview, class outline, reading list and a short bio
including any relevant community and/or teaching experience.
We are also looking for facilitators to conduct in-store workshops.
Simply submit a proposal and include the following: the workshop's theme, it's format and it's importance to women. Also include a short bio outlining any previous community/facilitating experience.
